Self-taught in digital art, but I have a vocational qualification in media and visual expression (2013). Been posting online under the same name since 2007! (Tatar means knotweed in finnish)I have aphantasia, which means inability to think visually. Former Romanian stray dog, now my absolute soul mate & muse since Christmas 2023.Ruska's favorite things are food and meeting friends outside; She gets along especially well with other dogs and often patiently helps the more insecure pups to gain confidence in socializing. At home Ruska is in full guard dog mode; For now only the most beloved neighbors are truly welcome guests.

Commissions / Gift art

The commissioner/receiver of specific artwork has the rights for personal use, like using it as a profile picture or a banner on social media and reposting / sharing the work with credits to me (@tatardraws)I'll retain rights to post the artwork on my online art accounts, use it as an example in my pricing info or have it in my portfolio, unless requested otherwise.No refunds after starting the commission, unless I decide to cancel (Always full refund in this case). Small changes to the artwork afterwards are negotiable but not guaranteed by default.Commissioned / gifted artwork by me will not be used for further monetary profit by me or the commissioner, unless otherwise agreed upon.

RIGHTS TO THE ORIGINAL ART

Full rights

All rights to the character belong to their owner. Yes, even commercial use of the character is allowed (for individuals, bigger brands please contact me first). This includes trivial merch, webcomics and such; just make or buy other art of the character for this purpose. Owner can use & edit the design idea as they want!✘ Never claim the design to be a closed species unless I especially sold it as one.I will never try to control or revoke any of the character designs after selling.

RESELLING, TRADING & GIFTING

Full rights

Owner can sell, gift or trade the character for any price, to anyone.
The new owner must get all of the rights listed here and also respect this guide.

OWNERSHIP & STATUS

The owner of each design is usually mentioned in the original post by me. Please remember to notify me if there's any changes or mistakes in the status or if you want me to not tag you at all!I have no problem selling a character to a co-ownership, but in case of co-ownership disputes I expect the owners to deal with these situations themselves.
